Project Pricing & Quote Policy

Some projects may require an initial consultation to better understand your goals, requirements, and desired functionality. This helps ensure that the project scope is clearly defined and that your quote accurately reflects the work required.

Once the project specifications and scope are approved by the client, the quoted project price is guaranteed for the agreed-upon work. If the client requests additional features, functionality, or changes outside the approved project scope, those items will be discussed and quoted separately before additional work begins.

Ongoing support and maintenance are not automatically included in project pricing. Monthly or annual support options can be provided and quoted separately upon request, allowing clients to select the level of continued assistance that best fits their needs.
