Jim Gaffney brings a unique combination of lived experience, professional perspective, and passionate autism advocacy to every speaking engagement. As a late-diagnosed autistic adult, the father of an autistic adult, and the author of Hello, I am Jim: A Family Story of Asperger Syndrome, Jim brings both personal and family perspectives to the conversation. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate America, he also understands the challenges neurodivergent individuals can face in the workplace and the opportunities organizations have to create greater understanding, inclusion, and belonging.

Today, Jim works at Jacksonville School for Autism (JSA) and continues his advocacy as host of The Autistic Mile Podcast and Outside The Box LIVE! He is also the owner of Autistic Mile Productions, LLC, an organization built around a mission to create opportunities to train and employ autistic individuals while using media, education, advocacy, and innovative programming to expand autism awareness and understanding.
