As a late-diagnosed autistic adult with more than 25 years of experience in corporate America, Jim understands both the challenges neurodivergent individuals can face and the opportunities organizations have to create greater understanding and inclusion.

Today, Jim works at Jacksonville School for Autism (JSA) and continues his advocacy as host of The Autistic Mile Podcast and Outside The Box LIVE! His engaging, personal approach blends real-world experience, storytelling, humor, and practical insight to make conversations about autism and neurodiversity relatable, memorable, and meaningful for corporate, educational, nonprofit, and community audiences.
