The Autism Podcast Hosted by People on the Spectrum

The Autistic Mile is an autism podcast about honest stories, real strength, and the belief that every voice on the spectrum deserves to be heard. Push. Persist. Prevail. Autism doesn't quit, and neither do we.

The Autistic Mile is the multimedia arm of Autistic Mile Productions (AMP), an autism podcast, book series, and original music project built around one goal: raising autism awareness in a way that actually feels honest.

Every episode, every song, and every page is made for the same audience: autistic adults living their own story, parents and caregivers raising autistic kids, and the teachers, therapists, and providers who show up for the autism community every day.

We're not a clinical resource, and we're not a highlight reel. The Autistic Mile talks about the hard days and the proud ones, the diagnosis conversations, the meltdowns, the wins nobody else claps for, because that's what autism awareness actually sounds like when it comes from people living it.

Through original content, honest stories, music, and lyrics, The Autistic Mile shares the daily challenges, the strength, and the heart of the autism community, one mile at a time.

Every Mile Matters

Every Person Has Value

No two autistic people are the same, and no one's autism looks "less than." We believe every person has value, exactly as they are.

Every Journey Matters

Early intervention, late diagnosis, nonspeaking, highly verbal: every path onto and along the spectrum matters, and none of them need to look like anyone else's.

Every Voice Deserves to Be Heard

Autistic voices belong at the center of autism conversations. We believe every voice deserves to be heard, especially the ones that don't sound like everyone else's.

The Autistic Mile Book Series

Long form stories a podcast episode can't hold. The book series digs deeper into the same themes: acceptance, resilience, family, and identity, for readers who want to sit with a chapter instead of an episode.

Original Music from The Autistic Mile

Original songs and lyrics written from inside the autism experience, not about it. Music is where The Autistic Mile says the things a paragraph can't quite reach.

Every Bit of Support Keeps The Mile Going

The Autistic Mile is independent and family-run, powered by listeners who believe autism stories deserve better than a stock photo and a hashtag. Support goes straight back into new episodes, new music, and resources for autism families who need them.
