HOW MUCH DOES A LIVE! EVENT COST?
Outside The Box LIVE! event fees vary based on event location, travel requirements and the specific needs of your organization. Please complete our REQUEST AN OTB LIVE! QUOTE form so we can provide accurate pricing for your event.
HOW LONG ARE THE LIVE! EVENTS?
Each LIVE! experience lasts approximately 90 minutes for effective employee engagement.
HOW MANY EMPLOYEES MAY ATTEND?
OTB LIVE! is most effective with a minimum of 100 employees. The more the better. Bring 'em all.
ARE THE EVENTS INTERACTIVE?
You better believe it. Buckle up and get ready to partipate. It's not optional.
ARE ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED?
We have packages that include additional engagement before and/or after each event.
ARE ENGAGEMENT STATS INCLUDED?
Absolutely. We prefer to poll employees before and after each event to see if their perspecive and insight has changed.
HOW ARE EMPLOYEES ENGAGED DURING A LIVE! EXPERIENCE?
Outside The Box LIVE! keeps employees engaged from start to finish through music, karaoke, live online games, virtual guests, audience challenges, and other interactive activities that turn learning into an experience. Rather than simply sitting through another presentation, employees are invited to participate, compete, laugh, connect, and experience neurodiversity from a completely different perspective.
WHAT TYPE OF POST-EVENT EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK IS PROVIDED?
Employee feedback and insights gathered throughout the experience can be provided to company leadership to support meaningful post-engagement follow-up. This information can help identify opportunities for continued conversation, additional education, and practical steps toward building a more neuroinclusive workplace culture.
IS THE LIVE! EXPERIENCE CUSTOMIZABLE?
Every Outside The Box LIVE! experience can be customized to reflect your organization and its goals, including company-specific survey questions, workplace scenarios, and areas of interest. We can also incorporate information about your current policies, programs, resources, and neurodiversity initiatives, making the experience relevant to the employees in the room and the workplace they return to.
IS ANY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED?
Audio & visual equipent such as microphones, speakers and a presentation screen are preferred to enhance the experience.
DO EMPLOYEES RECEIVE ANY MATERIALS?
We provide access to online material following each event to reinforce discussion points and ideas.
HOW LONG IN ADVANCE IS BOOKING REQUIRED?
We are at our best when we have a month to prepare for an event. We like to customize our material based on the needs of our corporate clients.
ARE TRAVEL FEES EXTRA?
Travel fees will apply for companies not within a 50 mile radius of Jacksonville Florida. Depending on the distance, travel fees may include driving mileage or airfair/hotel/rental car and will be quoted prior to contract and payment.
DO YOU PROVIDE OTHER SERVICES?
Our OTB Workplace360 is designed to help employers evaluate their neurodiversity policies and culture and may be purchased separately. Discounts apply if purchased as part of a package.
IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES OR JUST NEURODIVERSE EMPLOYEES?
First and foremost, OTB LIVE! is an employee team building and engagement experience. Our focus on neurodiversity allows all employees to get the most from their participation.
